| 150 g chick peas |
Rinse the chick peas Soak the chick peas overnight |

Discard any remaining water and cover with fresh water Boil the chick peas for about 1 hour |

| 1 large Onion 500 g Tomatoes |
Chop the onions finely Chop the tomatoes |
| 1 tsp chilli 1 tsp turmeric 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 stock Cinnamon |
Fry the spices for 1 minute Add the onions and continue frying until soft |
| 50 g tomato paste 1 cube veg stock |
Add tomatoes and paste Add the chick peas and the water they were boiled in simmer for 20 minutes |
| 1 can coconut milk |
